Baker’s Secret products are made with your satisfaction in mind. Stringent procedures are followed to ensure the quality of the products. In case of a problem with your Baker’s Secret product, first and foremost please refer to the point of sale where you bought the product along with receipt or proof of purchase. All Baker’s Secret products come with a minimum of 25-year manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty does not cover damage to the product from misuse or abuse. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits of this warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.
WARNING
Failure to follow instructions may result in personal injury or property damage. All pans are ONLY for oven use. DO NOT use pans on stove top, in a microwave, or over a direct flame.
USAGE
Before first wash pans in warm soapy water, rinse and dry completely. Always use potholders when handling hot bakeware. The products are safe for light use with metal utensils, however, heat resistant nylon, silicone or other wood tools are recommended for longer lasting pans. Do not use utensils with sharp or serrated edges and avoid pressing down hard on pans when using metal utensils. Do not use for long term storage of food.
CLEAN UP
Pans are dishwasher safe, however, for best results, hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and towel dry. Do not clean with metal pads, steel wool, scouring pads or abrasive cleaners.
KEEP THE PRODUCT
You may be asked to return it. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.
