Nadine Stutchbury -
Demonstrator of the Month

Hi Nadine, thanks for talking to Insight today. Firstly, can you tell us about your life before Tupperware?

I was newly married and working hospitality, in a high end resort. I worked a rotating roster with irregular hours that dictated my life.

How has being in Tupperware had a positive influence on your life?

It has given me a balance and control of life that I longed for. I am in control of my own advancements within my career. It has also meant that I didn't have to choose between my young children and being a manager. I didn’t have to put them into care or leave them with babysitters for long hours.

What’s your favourite part of being in Tupperware?

To do something that you love and believe in is great, but the opportunity to share that with others is awesome. Watching people grow through this business is so satisfying. Being in control and having fun with this amazing company that is for ever rewarding and praising make’s me feel like I’m important and I make a difference.

Have you got any advice for people just getting into the business?

Don't limit you thinking because this company can take you places you never thought you'd be. Believe that you can do it so it’s not such a shock when you make it.

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

Thank you for the compliment of asking me to do this :)

Nadine is Manager of the 'Mighty Incredibles' Unit from Starbright in NSW.
