MELBOURNE – New Challenges

Our Melbourne Manager Conference is fast approaching and we have positioned three new Challenges running over the months of October and November.

These challenges are:

1. IGNITE FIVE RECRUITING CHALLENGE

When Managers have 5 qualified Unit Recruits during the challenge period they will be rewarded as one of our Ignite 5 Recruiting Achievers with a special gift on stage. They will also qualify to attend the Ferntree Gully tour. 

2. PERSONAL SALES CHALLENGE

Managers with $15,000 in Personal Sales over this Challenge period will receive a gift on stage. From this group, we will then recognise the Top 25 Managers in Personal Sales over these 8 weeks. The Top 10 Managers from this group will also qualify to attend the Ferntree Gully tour.

3. UNIT CHALLENGE

Managers who achieve the following United Sales levels will receive their samples of both the January Thank you Gifts onstage at this event.

Rewarding the Team:  Demonstrators within qualifying units who hold a minimum of 4 parties over Oct/Nov *$700 party minimum, will also receive one of the January Thank You Gifts. They will also be in a draw to win the alternative.

• New Manager status for this recognition are those promoted since May Twilight Sessions

4. STAR DEMONSTRATOR

Every Demonstrator who achieves Star status within a month will be rewarded with one gift. Achieve Star status for both months and be rewarded with a bonus matching product! These gifts will be awarded at your Distributorships Sales Meeting.
