Your Story – We know connecting with people is a big part of Tupperware’s success…connect with guests at your party by giving your own personal ‘real’ testimonial on how and why you started Tupperware.
Display Prompter - This could be an Alegra bowl, filled with fortune cookies, sitting pretty on your display…reminding you to deliver your recruit bid by tying in the fabulous incentive trip to Beijing. Oooh wouldn’t it be cool if the message in the fortune cookies read ‘it’s time to take on something new, fun and profitable involving premium home wares’
Pages 58 & 59 – Asking guests to open to the back pages of the catalogue where the two Kits are featured can prove to be very inviting for a prospective recruit lead…..do you offer the kit as a gift option?
Turbo Chef – Demonstrating this product is fun and always commands a WOW from guests……We may also throw in a party bid for it by asking who would like to host their own demonstration to see how easy this great little, but powerful, product whips up pesto? Then, include a recruit bid… mentioning it comes with their ‘no cash outlay’ Tupperware business Kit may just move the prospective pesto Host to join you and start their own business.
Flaunt Book – Managers who attended KL Manager Conference, why not hand around your Flaunt booklet to show what you achieved and the gifts you earnt from Conference? For our Sales Force who didn’t attend Conference ask your Manager to show you theirs and start your own version showing gifts you may have already earned from Tupperware.
People at the demonstration
The Host – They booked a party with you, they must like you and of course the Tupperware Products…. this is often enough reason to join.
The Guests who asks questions – We know some people are simply friendly however chat with people if they are asking fact finding questions about your career with Tupperware. It may not just be friendly banter, it may be they are checking to see if the Tupperware opportunity is for them.
The Guest who asks if they can help you – Whether it is to carry your bags or assist in the pack up these actions may signify they want to know how it feels to be in your shoes as a Demonstrator.
The Guest who doesn’t place an order – This may be due to financial constraints, hence extra income could be much appreciated.
The Guest whose partner works away or on shifts – Often these lifestyles make it difficult for the person running the household to work; they may appreciate the flexibility, the social interaction and the income.
The Guest who has a huge wish list of Tupperware Products – stocking up at Demonstrator cost could certainly appeal to a person who wants it all.
The Guest who has just built a new home – They could CKP their entire house at cost plus use the extra income for those constant extras needed with a new home.
The Guest on maternity leave – This may be a terrific time to ‘try out’ the Tupperware opportunity before making their mind up to return to work, besides going back to just one income can be difficult and really stifle their lifestyle.
The Guest who is a student – The flexibility of a Tupperware career has enormous appeal for the full time student. They can work as much or as little they want around their curriculum, exams etc.
The Guest who smiles at you throughout your demonstration - Make sure you offer the opportunity to this person…simply because they are nice! Imagine how much their Hosts and Guests will enjoy doing business with them. Imagine how great it will be to have them working in your team!
