Maximising your kiosk opportunity

• Goal – Set yourself a goal you want to achieve from your time spent at the kiosk; e.g. how many people you want to speak to, how many dates and recruit interviews you want to achieve, etc.

• Biggest Multiplier – Selling product is terrific however don’t forget what your biggest business multipliers are…party bookings and recruit leads!!

• Organisation – Have all your literature stamped ready to hand out including party packs, and be sure to arrive 15 minutes earlier before your shift starts.

• Pride Part A – Take pride in your personal presentation…. badge sitting straight, hair in place, uniform pressed…you are representing Tupperware, your Distributorship but most importantly yourself!!

• Pride Part B – Take pride in your kiosk. You want your shop front to look the best in the centre!

• Mindset – Positive attitude….check
Smile from ear to ear …check
I love what I do… check

• Opportunity – Be pumped on the reason you are committing to a kiosk shift and value the privilege and opportunity it provides.

• Positive Posture – This may sound a little trite…but stand at your kiosk with a positive posture sprinkled with purpose and confidence. You’ll be amazed how this can attract customers and how it will make you feel and act confident!

• Chitter Chatter – Standing on a kiosk chatting with a fellow Demonstrator sharing your shift will not date you parties or book you recruit interviews…but organising to have a coffee together once your shift has finished is great!

• Silver Lining – They say every cloud has one and often so do service calls. Embrace replacements queries and service calls, this could be the beginning of a great relationship with a fabulous future customer. Many of our Sales Force have been introduced from service calls; you’ll also gain sales and party bookings if you handle them well.

• Times for your diary – You thought all you would need to do is note the actual shift time in your diary…. Ummmm, not necessarily….. to gain the ultimate results from a kiosk, think about booking in these timeslots:

- Time diarised to organise literature before leaving home

- Time diarised for actual shift (including arriving 15 minutes prior)

- Time diarised on completion of your kiosk time to pick up replacements and do other service calls for people you have just met from your shift. This is fabulous time management as most shoppers shop locally so it is only logical to catch up with your new customers whilst still in their area

- Time diarised the next day for focus to follow up any leads generated from your kiosk shift (this time is imperative for a successful result from a kiosk)

• Timely Results – Your Distributorship expects your kiosk results submitted to the office ASAP. Quantifiable results are important whenever participating at a kiosk. This supports your Distributorship’s business and your own business; your Director needs to know if that particular venue for a kiosk is value for time and money!! Protect and build your business by handing in your results.

• Fun Factor – Don’t forget our fun factor…have fun on your kiosk, enjoy your time!!
