• WHY DO YOU BELIEVE A STRONG PERSONAL PROGRAMME AS A MANAGER IS IMPORTANT?
A Manager leads by example. When Managers have a strong personal programme so will the team. An important role for all Managers is to recruit, and if you don’t have a healthy personal programme (3+ every week), then you won’t have personal recruits and therefore no promote outs.
• WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT OFFERING THE T/W OPPORTUNITY?
Everybody has the same opportunity with Tupperware. We all start with a kitbag and it is up to each individual to make of it what you want. You can go as far as you like with your Tupperware business. You don’t need money to start and having money will not advance you any quicker. Tupperware provides an even playing field and you can be at the top if you chose to be.
• WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST TAKE AWAY FROM MANAGER CONFERENCE?
This is a hard question, because we learnt so many things at Conference! However if I have to give you just one take away then it would be…..
To provide excellent customer service, not only to those at my parties, but just as important to my team and new recruits (recruit, recruit, recruit). I need to develop independent, confident Demonstrators that take responsibility for their own businesses, and to guide them by using the GROW method.
• WHAT PLANS WILL YOU MAKE TO ENSURE YOU REPRESENT YOUR TEAM, DISTRIBUTORSHIP AND COUNTRY AT THE BEIJING BUILDING FUTURES INCENTIVE?
I have broken down the qualification into weeks, using only the weeks left in 2010 – thereby qualifying before Christmas.
I am (and always have) focusing my new Demonstrators on achieving Friendship Club. I’m also working with Demonstrators out of their first 8 weeks to qualify for Executive Demonstrator status.
I now expect at least one lead from each Demonstrator at report time, together we’ll be working to build on this to ensure they reach their goal of Friendship Club or Executive Demonstrator. Ultimately I would like to see as many of my Team in Beijing to experience a Tupperware Incentive Trip!
I will be tracking my sales weekly, to ensure I’m on that plane!
After hearing from EGM Nadine Roach at Manager Conference, I intend to start every recruit with the SuperStart Kit and I’ll be working with them to achieve more from the beginning.
My main focus will be to:
RECRUIT, RECRUIT, RECRUIT AND PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE !!!!!
LOVED MANAGER CONFERENCE. I have seen so many areas of opportunities it’s incredible
