Rachel Stuart -
Demonstrator of the Month

Hi Rachel, thanks for talking to us today.

Your unit, Sonic Rock, has a remarkably high Activity Rate - more of your team members are holding more parties, more often.

Can you tell us a little about managing the individual personal goals of your team, the benefits these goals can bring, and what you find personally rewarding about helping your team see those goals to fruition?

It is really important to know the personal goals of your individual team members. Some demonstrators are only interested in a hobby that keeps them busy, others prefer a career and aspire to be managers. Working with your team’s individual goals ensure their needs are met and they are happy and enjoying the business, which is then passed onto their customers.

For those demonstrators who aspire to managership it is important to set goals to keep them motivated and on track. The MITDP is a perfect road map to follow and gives your demonstrators a weekly target to reach. Showcase, Beijing and other incentives such as the NDDP are also a great way to keep team members motivated and goal orientated.

By far the most rewarding aspect of my role as a manager is seeing my team members achieve their goals and become successful in their businesses. Helping them to become independent and responsible for their own success and personal goals is important to stimulate their own activity and therefore that of the team as a whole.
