May Salesforce Training Tips

Description: iStock_000004506722XSmall[1]Use the below tips to ensure you have a successful and enjoyable Birthday Month.

Home

« Prepare meals ahead of time and freeze them in the Heat ‘N Eats.

« Organise babysitters if required, have clothes prepared ahead of time.  The smoother things are at home the happier your month will be.

« Have a ‘date with your diary’ and map out when YOU would like to have parties dated.

« Share your goals for the month with the family and tell them WIIFT (What’s In It For Them).

« Have a big party at your home on May 4th and stream the live Sydney show.

Administration

« Plan your business tools ahead by ordering increased quantities of literature (then stamp), games gifts, packing bags, pens and postage stamps.

« Prepare all your Host packs for the month well in advance and keep some spares in the car.  Have individual bags for each party packed with ‘bundles’ of literature, pens and games gifts, all ready to go.

« Place ‘theme’ kits in separate bags for easy accessibility.  This will enable you to swap over quickly if you have three or more parties for the day.

« Send ‘thank you’ notes to your Hosts in the mail (not email) the moment you date them into your special week. Personalise your message so they understand how important they are to you.

Logistics

« To help you conduct more than one party a day date parties in streets/areas within a close radius.  i.e., travel from one area to the next; try not to dash from one side of town to the other.

« Have a ‘theme’ week e.g. chocolate so you can keep your theme kit the same for the whole week and save time.

« Box Parties - When holding more than 1 party in a day take a large box covered with wallpaper/wrapping paper (something to make it look appealing).  Cut the back out of the box, place your products inside. At your parties take out the products and demonstrate as you place them on the table. This is not only time efficient but it is also an easy way to set up and pack up.

Business

« Ensure your Host is a GOLD Host. Don’t undersell the privilege to be the ‘chosen one’ to Host a Demonstration on WBTP May 4th

« Keep in touch with each Host; this is high touch, personal customer service.

« Contact your top four Hosts from the year and offer them ‘The Worlds Speediest and Biggest Tupperware Party’. Themed around the Speedy Chef this one hour party is quick and effective so you can do at least four parties in one day.

« Build attendance by encouraging your Hosts to ask their friends to bring friends. Five friends bring two friends each... your Host now has fifteen guests attending their party.

« Set and keep focused on a SMART goal.  How many parties do you need to hold to achieve your goal?  Break it down... organise your diary with time slots you wish to fill.  A great way to do this is to rule up an A4 sheet with the day and as many time slots as you wish to fill; place this page in your diary.

At the party

« At big parties, take along a pass the parcel with questions about Tupperware’s history or popular products; place a games gift in each section.   Refer to the May Insight Activities for a great ice-breaker or fun trivia game.

« Have a Retro Party - bring a retro piece of Tupperware to your party and demonstrate it with its modern equal; this is a fun way of demonstrating the new features.  Encourage your guests to bring their old favourites and have a ‘spell up’ for the oldest product.

« Be excited and positive.  Go to parties in a positive frame of mind as excitement is contagious.

« Add props and ‘gold’ theme items to your display, such as balloons and ribbons. Generate an ambience that creates a time to celebrate and party!

« A champagne or birthday cake at each party will go down a treat.

« Consider having Mother/Daughter/ Grandmother parties to tell 'old stories'.

After the party

« Ask your Hosts to attend the next Sales Meeting with you to celebrate together.

« With all your parties in your Birthday Week, invite each Host (if they live close by) to collect their orders from your house on the same day at the same time and ask them to bring a guest along. Offer a small gift if they do so.  Hold a High Tea on this day (bake some Tupperware recipes and use this as a recruiting event).  You may date extra parties or get even more sales!

« Set time aside to pack your big week and consider asking friends and family to help (like a working bee).  You could offer to reward them with a piece of Tupperware.  When they feel the products and have fun with you they may want to join in the action on a more permanent basis.

They will also be staggered by your amazing week of sales and the personal goals this has helped you achieve.  Remember to invite them to the celebration Sales Meeting at your Distributorship!

Happy birthday everyone!
