The promotional products featured each month in the preview are positioned to create new excitement about the party and the products.   They provide you with a reason to pick up the phone to recontact your customers to tell them about what’s new and exciting that month.  They are added incentives that you can promote to encourage additional party dates and increased party attendances.

We all know that promotional products help to create lots of excitement.  However, the focus at the party should be the demonstration of core, regular range product.  You receive full margin on these products.  Demonstrating the promotional product, for instance the Sales Special towards the end of the party, will help ensure that the orders placed for that item are an ‘add on’ order.  This will increase your average guest purchase and party average, which of course, increases your profits.

Set Selling

The design of the Preview Brochure helps you to cross-sell regular range with the products themed that month.   You may have noticed that the opening page of the Preview promotes a collation of regular range items that fit into the theme. The purpose of this page is to encourage set selling.  Strong set selling at parties will also help drive guest’s purchases and increase your party averages.  Try to think beyond the featured set and create your own sets using regular range products.  The ‘you may also like’ sections may help to provide you with set selling ideas that you can promote at parties.
