Our career opportunity…topical not typical!

With the current financial climate it comes as no surprise to find that many couples, families, singles and retirees are looking for new and creative ways to either replace lost sources of income or supplement reduced income streams which previously supported various lifestyle choices and life’s little luxuries. Others are simply looking for ways to make ends meet.

Finding new sources of income is not always easy, and very rarely fun.  This is why our Tupperware opportunity is so unique. Now is the perfect time to be ‘proud-out-loud’ about the serious home-based business model we can offer friends, family, Hosts and guests at parties as well as people in our communities.

Most people are not going to reveal their personal financial situation with you so by making a personal judgment we may miss offering a financial lifeline to the people who need it the most.  Never be fooled by large houses, private schools or prestige cars - these are very expensive to keep, especially if they are being paid for by loans or credit cards.

With so much concern around personal finances it’s great to know that as Tupperware Demonstrators and Managers we have access to our own ‘bank’ of sorts. We call it the party!

As average party sales and guest purchases are not just holding strong but growing, earning additional income is simply a matter of dating in the extra parties required and party planning with your Host to ensure a good attendance.

With parties averaging over $750, Demonstrators and Managers regularly earn more than $140 per demonstration.

Listening to the news we hear how many people are struggling to cover the cost of their mortgage.  Our level of unemployment, reduced hours and an increase in part-time opportunities are all taking their toll.  Credit cards are an even bigger worry accounting for a large portion of rising household debt they can create a real stranglehold on cash flow.

The excellent earning opportunities Tupperware offers combined with flexibility, rewards and recognition, career advancement, training and peer support are well worth shouting about and could be exactly what the people around you are looking for.

Of course we will never know unless we tell these people, so make a point of using the recruiting tools you have available.  These tools include the picture of the Kit in the catalogue, the ‘Imagine’ brochure (Seq # 4914) and the products themselves (especially higher priced items and sets like Modular Mates®).  Presenting yourself well and talking about your business in a positive way are also very strong recruiting tools.

Remember to let your Manager know as soon as you have met someone you feel may benefit from hearing more information particularly if you have made any comment to them about selling Tupperware.

Let’s ensure we share our opportunity to everyone and let them decide whether this is something they want or need.
