Show your Star Quality!
As a Demonstrator with Tupperware there have always been many ways to gain recognition for doing what you love… now there are more.
Just as our products and party must stay innovative and relevant, we are equally passionate that our business opportunities evolve and continue to meet the needs and expectations of the people who showcase these products and parties… our people… you!
Recently Tupperware Australia and New Zealand implemented some exciting additions to our career path. Not only will these new levels help you plan and track your personal development, they will also provide new opportunities for recognition and reward.
The first change is the addition of Star Demonstrator. So how do you qualify? Star Demonstrator is open to all Demonstrators, even those still within their first 8 week development program.
When you sell $6000 or more in any Tupperware promotional month, you will be recognised at your Distributorship as a 1 Star Manager. For every additional $2,000 in sales (over the first $6,000) you will earn an extra star!
Examples of Star Demonstrator:
Kelly sells $6,291 during February – Kelly is a 1 Star Demonstrator
John sells $8,355 during February – John is a 2 Star Demonstrator
Jill sells $10,076 during February – Jill is a 3 Star Demonstrator
Grace sells $12,283 during February - Grace is a 4 Star Demonstrator
In addition to recognition at your Distributorship Sales Meetings, you will also see your name and status in your monthly recognition newsletter and on Tupperware’s Communication Website which is seen by all around Australia and New Zealand. Each month you achieve this you will be presented with the relevant Star badge to wear proudly at your parties, Sales Meetings and State Sessions.
Be sure to plan your diary and your weekly party line-up to achieve this new level. For example, if you have a personal party average of $750, you will need to hold 2 parties per week in a 4 week month. To guarantee success, you will want to have a few extra parties booked in for insurance against possible re-arrangements.
Example using a $750 party average:
$750 per party x 2 parties per week = $1,500 per week
$1,500 x 4 weeks = $6,000 in sales for the month
The benefits of achieving Star status extend beyond recognition and bring tangible rewards including qualifying for Demonstrator Sales Contests and other challenges (these are generally set at around the 1.5 to 2 parties per week benchmark). You will also earn an income that can make a real difference to your lifestyle.
Income examples:
1 Star approximate monthly profit from parties = $1,200 - $1,600
2 Star approximate monthly profit from parties = $1,600 - $2,000
3 Star approximate monthly profit from parties = $2,000 - $2,400
4 Star approximate monthly profit from parties = $2,400 + ($600+ per week)
