What was your background prior to starting with Tupperware?
I first worked in customer service roles and then I worked at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for 10 years as a Lending Manager. After that, I toll on the best role ever, being a Mum to two very beautiful boys.

How long have you been a demonstrator?
I joined in June 2010, so just over 12 months.

What aspects of being with Tupperware are you enjoying the most?
The flexibility, I never have to miss out on any of my son’s school events. I can work when I want and earn as much as I want.  Aside from the flexibility and money, the gifts that we receive are also amazing.

How did you meet your first recruit?
I attended a local Bridal Expo.  The following week I held an ‘Opportunity Night’ and invited all the people I met at the Expo and there was my 1^st recruit, very exciting!

How did you identify your second recruit?
Other Managers and I attended a Kiosk held at a Regional show. I spoke to a lot of people and found heaps of leads. After the show, I followed my leads up with my leads by offering them the Tupperware opportunity.

Did you set a goal to be an Executive Demonstrator? If so, why?
Yes I did make it my goal. It is the first step to becoming a Manager so I am taking it  one step at a time.

What benefits have realised from being an Executive Demonstrator?
You start to see the enjoyment that your recruits experience by being part of Tupperware and of course the FREE Thank-you gifts that I receive.

You have qualified to attend the August Sessions Dinner. What are you most looking forward to at this dinner?
I am looking forward to celebrating with the fantastic Rainbow Sales team. I also can’t wait to talk to other successful Demonstrators and Managers. I love hearing other people’s success stories.

How do you and your Manager work together to help you introduce new Demonstrators?
Rebecca assists me with identifying leads and she then contacts and meets my leads. We have held an ‘Opportunity Night’ where I invited all of my Hosts and customers.

What is your next Tupperware goal?
Of course to move up to New Manager with Rainbow Party Sales and have a fantastic time at Sessions in Brisbane.
