Hi Kylie, thanks for talking to Insight today. Can you tell us how you set your goals for KL Manager Conference?

• My goal was based on achieving sufficient KL cash to pay for my accommodation and airfares, spending money would be a bonus. In the manager meeting that followed the release of the KL Manager Conference we identified our area to focus on – sales, recruiting and promoting and as I was yet to promote a manager this became my focus.

How did you stay focused on your goal?

• Tracking my progress each week and month to ensure I was on pace. Keeping my goal top of mind with the KL tracking sheet in a prominent position in my office. As with all goals, when broken down and accessed regularly, it becomes achievable.

How does it feel to have achieved your goal and be about to take off for your first Manager Conference?

Super exciting and a true sense of achievement.

What do you hope to get out of Manager Conference for you and your team?

• Gathering many ideas/strategies from other Tupperware Managers also growing their businesses to ensure my team reaches our goal.
• Recognition of our team achievements over the last six months.

Do you have any tips for Managers who want to attend KL?

• Don’t give up, it will make a significant difference to your business and is worth putting in your utmost effort in the remaining weeks. Set your goal, track it and make sure you achieve it.
