* These Challenges are only applicable to Managers who are NOT attending the KL Manager Conference
Challenge Weeks: 24 June – 25 August
RECRUITING CHALLENGE
Unit Recruiting (only applicable to Managers who are not attending KL)
Managers are challenged to introduce 4 Unit Recruits over the months of July and August … that’s an average of just 2 Unit Recruits each month to earn a fabulous new product reward.
Recruiting Demonstrators from qualifying Units will also be rewarded with a new product release.
SALES
Personal Sales Challenge … this challenge is applicable to ALL DEMONSTRATORS!
Managers not attending the KL Conference and ALL Demonstrators, won’t want to miss the opportunity to earn a collection of fabulous new release products—FREE by achieving this Personal Sales Challenge.
Managers: $20,000 in Personal Sales (not attending the KL Manager Conference)
ALL Demonstrators: $8,000 in Personal Sales
Demonstrators … STEP UP and Sell an extra $2000 or more ($10,000 plus in Personal Sales) and you’ll earn a BONUS REWARD!
NOTE: This Personal Sales Challenge is applicable to ALL DEMONSTRATORS, regardless to whether their Manager is or isn’t attending the KL Manager Conference. Rewards are earned in addition to gifts in the “In Full Swing” Sales Contest.
Unit Sales Challenge (only applicable to Managers who are not attending KL)
Help your Manager to achieve this Challenge by holding parties during July and August. Every party you hold will earn you a ticket in a draw held within your qualifying Unit that could see you win a new product release valued at over $98.00 retail! The more parties you hold … the greater your chances are of winning! Your team will be recognised at our $ellabration Bash!

Challenge 1: Week 32 and 33 (2 weeks)
Demonstrators: $2,000 in Personal Sales
New Managers: $4,500 in Personal Sales
Managers: $5,000 in Personal Sales
Challenge 2: Week 34 and 35 (2 weeks)
Demonstrators: $2,000 in Personal Sales
New Managers: $4,500 in Personal Sales

Demonstrators and Managers are challenged to introduce 1 NEW RECRUIT during Weeks 32-35 to receive this bonus recruiting reward! ! This reward is earned in addition to gifts in the current ‘In Full Swing’ Recruiting Contest.
