Malaysia – Manager Conference 2010 Long Term Conference Challenges for Managers

With the release of the Long Term Challenges for recognition and rewards in KL, Tupperware Managers (and future Managers) should now set their sights on where they want to feature, and start setting the pace to ensure that their presence is felt at this Conference.

Managers will be recognised for their personal and team achievements in the following areas;

Promoting and Developing Recognition

  1. Promoting and Promoted Managers: Those who have promoted 1 or more Managers since February Sessions will be recognised onstage together with their Promoted Managers.  Each will receive a gorgeous gift.
  2. Top Promoting Managers: Managers who promote 3 or more Managers during Weeks 10-31 will take part in special onstage recognition.
  3. Executive Group Manager: Recruiting Challenge
  4. Spell-up: Top 3 Established EGM’s/Top 2 New EGM’s in Group Volume Sales

Qualify to attend this fun-filled event by achieving any two of the following four challenges:

  1. Personal Recruiting Challenge - 6 or more personal recruits
  2. Personal Parties Challenge -
    Managers: 80 parties/$60K;
    New Managers: 60 parties/$45K)
  3. Unit Recruiting Challenge - 10 or more Unit Recruits
  4. Promoting and Promoted Manager recognition

 

Special Note about these Challenges:
1. For the purpose of these Challenges, New Managers and New Executive Group Managers (EGM) are those Promoted during or after Week 36, 2009 (27 August,2009)
2. EGM’s may participate in all of the personal and team challenges.

Special Note for Newly Promoted Managers
1. Newly promoted Managers can include any of their Personal Sales, Personal Recruits and Parties Held prior to their Promote Out date (from Week 10 onwards) towards the achievement of the following Challenges: Personal Recruiting, Top 15 in Personal Recruiting, Unit Recruiting Challenge, Top 20/10 in Unit Recruiting, Personal Parties Held Challenge and Top 30/10 in Personal Sales.
2. New Managers have the opportunity to feature twice in the above ‘Toppers’ recognition. For example, they can be recognised as the Top New Manager in Personal Sales and then again as the No. 30 in the established Personal Sales level.
