Congratulations on being the #1 Demonstrator for the Short Term Sales Spell Up at the Sydney Session this year. You obviously set yourself a goal for Sessions this year. Would you like to share that goal and how you went about achieving it?
Thank you, yes my goal was to be number one within my Distributorship (Stellar Sales) again. I went to dating focus with my Manager and booked as many parties as I could. I made sure I always double dated each party and I did multiple Host parties. This really helped me with my time management. I also kept records of customers who wanted the Rice Dispenser but couldn’t get it last year. When I saw it was available in January, I contacted them and sold heaps. The other thing that helped was the encouragement of my Manager, Rosanna Afiouni – she set challenges for me and was a great support as I worked towards my goal.

Can you tell us a little about yourself and your life before Tupperware?
I am a mother of three and pregnant with my fourth. Before Tupperware I was a stay home mum.

You have a young family – did you find it challenging to balance your January party schedule with your children?
It was a challenge but I was lucky to have my family and husband’s support which helped.

Do you have any advice for Tupperware Demonstrators with young families?
Yes plan ahead and ask for help if you need it. Being organized also helps a lot.

January can be a challenging month for holding parties. How did you so effectively date and hold?
I had a few parties booked from December and worked with my Hosts to make sure they held. It was really important to have lots of contact with them over the holiday period. I also worked really hard on outside orders which made a big difference.

What has achieving this goal done for you and your business?
Wow! A lot. I feel like I have accomplished so much, I’m proud of myself. I have a huge guest log and parties booked in for after I have my baby. The money is great too and has really made a difference to my family.

How did it feel to achieve your goal?
It felt amazing – it was one of the best days of my life.

What’s your next goal?
My next goal is management!!

I just want to say thank you to Tupperware for giving me the opportunity to work in a great job and still take care of my family. All you Demonstrators out there, set yourself a goal and go for it!!
